Tour Requests

All tour bookings are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request through our website, email, or WhatsApp, you will receive a confirmation from us outlining the tour details, pricing, and payment terms. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Neolithic Excursions and the required deposit has been received.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD or EUR and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Our quotes include professional guide services, private transportation, and any specified entrance fees or activities as outlined in your tour itinerary. Prices do not include personal expenses, meals (unless specified), travel insurance, or gratuities.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Generally:

• A deposit (typically 30-50% of the total tour cost) is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due before the tour start date as specified in your confirmation
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other methods as mutually agreed

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 30+ days before tour start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-29 days before tour start: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before tour start: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before tour start: No refund

Cancellation terms may vary for special events, peak season bookings, or custom multi-day tours. Specific terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation by Neolithic Excursions

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund. We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as flights or accommodation.

Modifications

Tour itinerary changes requested by clients are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, while maintaining the overall quality and value of the experience.

Health and Fitness

Some of our tours involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, and exposure to outdoor elements. Participants should be in reasonable physical condition. Please inform us of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs appropriately.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits for travel to Turkey. We can provide guidance, but we are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. Neolithic Excursions is not responsible for costs arising from illness, injury, or loss during your tour.

Conduct

We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully toward our guides, local communities, historical sites, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful, without refund.
